Patient profile overview

The Patient Profile is the main working page for an individual patient. It brings together patient details, treatment progress, reminders, documentation, calls, and medication information in one place.

What you can do on this page

  • View patient details and treatment status
  • Send messages
  • Create a new note
  • Start or schedule a video call
  • Re-assign the patient
  • Mark the patient as priority
  • Review adherence and current treatment week
  • Schedule a kick-off call
  • Create a treatment program
  • Review medical notes
  • View scheduled calls
  • Review medication information

How it works

The top section shows the patient header and quick actions. The details and treatment panels summarize core patient information. Action banners may appear when key setup steps are still missing, such as scheduling a call or creating a treatment program.

Step by step

  1. Open Patients and select a patient.
  2. Review the Details panel for core information such as status and care events.
  3. Review the Treatment panel for treatment area, start date, adherence, and current week.
  4. Use the top action buttons to message the patient, create a note, place a video call, or re-assign the patient.
  5. If prompted, use Schedule call to set up a kick-off call.
  6. If prompted, use Create program to build the patient’s treatment program.
  7. Review the Medical notes section and sign or open notes as needed.
  8. Review lower sections for scheduled calls and medication details.

Tips

  • Check banners near the top of the page first because they usually indicate the next required action.
  • Review adherence regularly to identify patients who may need support.
  • Use reminders or notes to keep track of patient-specific follow-up items.

Notes

The exact actions available may vary depending on patient status and clinic workflow.
