Dashboard overview
The Dashboard is the clinician home page. It gives you a quick summary of your daily work, including new patients, unread messages, calls to schedule, comments, treatment programs to create, follow-up items, medical notes to sign, pending activity logs, and earnings.
What you can do on this page
- Review work that needs attention
- Check your schedule for today
- See planned calls
- Review medical notes that need action
- See patients ready for discharge
- Review pending activity logs
- Track enrolled-patient progress toward your monthly goal
- View earnings and billing-related summaries
How it works
The Dashboard is designed as a task hub. At the top of the page, summary cards highlight the main categories that may require action. Lower sections show more detailed lists and charts.
Step by step
- Open Dashboard from the left navigation.
- Review the top summary cards first.
- Check Today’s schedule to see your upcoming day.
- Review Medical notes to sign and complete documentation tasks.
- Review Pending activity logs if there are monitoring items to process.
- Check Monthly goal of enrolled patients for progress toward your current target.
Tips
- Start your day from the Dashboard to catch time-sensitive tasks.
- Use the counts on each card to prioritize what needs attention first.
- Review notes and pending logs regularly to avoid billing delays.
