Upon downloading the app, you’ll answer health questions screening for red flags to ensure your appropriate for physical therapy. If there are no noted red flags during sign up, the physical therapist will complete a video evaluation to review your medical history, pain, function, and presentation to ensure you are appropriate for virtual physical therapy.
If virtual physical therapy is deemed inappropriate you will be referred back to your doctor.
